Corporate History

The idea behind company formation originated in the mid-90s with Website Designing Services and Research & Analytics Solutions. The convenience of driving to a single location and doing business formed the foundation for multiple services idea behind DIGITAL PLANET.
DIGITAL PLANET started its operations in 2000, by offering Website Designing Services. Later, Research &Analytics and Data Processing Customers demanded to be provided with customer service, which led to the launch of 'Call Center Operations', as the second service. Further down the line, 'Software Development Services' was added to the line of services as existing clients for Data Entry and Customer Services wanted DIGITAL PLANET to handle their internal Software’s. All initial service expansions were customer driven.
As the markets progressed, DIGITAL PLANET added Specialized Solutions like Healthcare, Finance and Accounting Services, Creative Design, Data Entry Services, Engineering Services, Research and Analytics, etc. to its list of existing services. Today, DIGITAL PLANET and its associate companies have 500+ employees working across global delivery centers catering to the business needs of over 500+ customers across countries.
With a combined experience of over 20 years in the global IT industry, we have the expertise and the know-how to provide tailor-made solutions to enterprises worldwide. Our services start with understanding customer requirements, documenting customer processes, evaluating customer goals and developing a customized training program for customer-specific processes. Sushanta Bhattacharjee

A recognized authority on data implementation and digital transformations. Sushanta’s experience and leadership focuses on developing and delivering technology-driven solutions. Under his direction, DIGITAL PLANET uses the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, including machine learning and natural language processing, to help businesses structure data and content for modern technologies and platforms.

Prior to Incorporating Digital Planet, Sushanta was with the consulting practice of Godrej Global Solutions Ltd. Sushanta has a BE in Computer Engineering and a PG in Intellectual Property Rights from University of Mumbai. He has also taught at various Business Management Schools. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science in scholarly publishing, and content reuse strategies.

ABC

ABC supervises Digital Planet’s daily business, including scheduling and managing projects, as well as monitoring DIGITAL PLANET’s financial performance, customer relations, and personnel management. She develops the strategies, processes, and technologies that continuously improve organizational performance.

ABC is Co-Founder of DIGITAL PLANET in 2000, bringing a combination of strategic business planning skills and systems development qualifications that meet the challenging business demands of DIGITAL PLANET's customers. ABC obtained a BA in Economics from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
